Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the same condition you received them. Items marked final sale, custom/personalized products, or discounted clearance pieces are not eligible for return. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges & Return Shipping
Exchanges may be offered in certain circumstances, but they are not guaranteed. Approval of an exchange depends on item availability, condition, and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Faithfully Made is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once the item has been received, inspected and approved.
